Sponda Oyj
Office building, 5 700 brm2
Helsinki, Finland, completed 2015

It is demonstrated that users habits, and therefore their consumptions, have an impact on the building carbon footprint and overall energy use bigger than the construction and demolition phases. In order to tackle this important aspect of sustainability, Estradi 1 users are engaged in the implementation of sustainability strategies, for example through infografics, info screens in elevators, metering displays, environmental market events and specific communication about all the actions performed in the building.
